Sparkbox undertook a project for a utilities company based in Knoxville, Tennessee, with the goal of migrating their customer self-service website to a modern content management system. The company also wanted the site to be responsive, functioning well on all screen sizes. Sparkbox and the company's in-house team collaborated to build a website that manages content and offers real-time functionality. The content was developed using ExpressionEngine and the functionalities were created through EmberJS. The project was completed in 18 months, and the website is now live.
Sparkbox worked with Organized Living, a closet and storage system manufacturer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, to redesign their website. The company wanted a mobile-friendly, responsive website with a clear message for their target audiences. Sparkbox focused on the site's overall design, identified the target audiences, and built a pattern library based on that architecture. The pattern library, developed using HTML, CSS, SAS, JavaScript, and Atomic Design, is still in active use by the company for ongoing updates and modifications to the website. The project has been completed successfully.
