Sparkbit

Sparkbit was hired by 5x5, an Infratech company, to develop AI/ML solutions and application engineering. The team at Sparkbit created Python-based APIs and an algorithmic AI/ML solution for automated analysis of digital twin models. The project had variable team sizes, ranging from one to five members from the Sparkbit team. The decision to engage Sparkbit was influenced by a previous working relationship between the teams.

In another project, Sparkbit was contracted by a large IT consultancy to develop a React.js web application for a client in the energy sector. The application was designed to manage workflows and processes for monitoring energy plants. Sparkbit developed the frontend with React.js and integrated Java microservices for the backend using REST-based APIs. The project ran from September to December 2018 and had a budget of approximately €30,000 ($34,294 USD).

A smart flavoring appliance company enlisted the help of Sparkbit to build algorithms and models to offer users general and personal flavoring suggestions for home cooking. The main goal was to create recipes automatically through a given list of possible ingredients. The models were tested by a board of senior chefs who were asked to rank the suggestions provided by the system. The Sparkbit team included a big data expert, a junior analyst, and their CTO who managed the project. The decision to hire Sparkbit was based on a strong recommendation from a previous client.
