Spark451 worked with McDaniel College to develop a custom CRM software solution. The project was initiated due to the sunsetting of the old application system. Spark451 worked on building the application and had it up and running before the old one was phased out. The CRM was designed for prospects applying to graduate school and the applications. The project was managed by a team of 3 project managers who handled the business side, technology development side, and the overarching project. The project began in June 2017 and is ongoing.

Drew University partnered with Spark451 to build and test a new all-in-one admissions CRM platform. The platform, which went live in July, allows students to register for open houses, campus tours, and interviews. It also serves as a platform for advertising off-campus activities. Additionally, the team developed a custom integration between the common application the university uses and their student information system, Banner. The project began in June 2017 and is still ongoing.

Western New England University contracted Spark451 for a branding initiative and to assist with student search efforts. The project began with a research phase where Spark451 issued surveys to gather data on various audiences. From this data, they identified brand attributes and themes, which were then used to create a new suite of products for prospective students. Spark451 also improved the university's student search capabilities by building a predictive model based on previous enrollment data. The student search project cost between $200,000 and $300,000. The partnership began in June 2015 and is ongoing.
