SPARK Business Works collaborated with TeleReach Corporate, a B2B lead generation and outbound call center, to revamp their website, particularly the career and recruiting sections. The project involved automating the recruitment and hiring process, including building forms and adding features that allowed applicants to schedule interviews, upload documents, and attend video conferences. The engagement, which started in August 2021, also extended to maintenance and hosting services. The partnership led to a more streamlined recruitment process and more efficient sales strategy for TeleReach.

In another project, SPARK Business Works was hired by an insurance company to migrate their website to a new hosting platform and resolve security issues. The team analyzed the website code, fixed security flaws, and successfully migrated the site. The vendor worked closely with the company's CFO and IT partner, resulting in a more secure and reliable web presence for the insurance company.

SPARK Business Works also developed a custom app for Volleman’s Family Farm, a vertically integrated dairy farm that bottles milk in returnable glass bottles. The app, designed to record and integrate bottled milk sales into the farm's accounting system, was developed by 2-5 SPARK employees. The new tool pulled item data along with sales orders from the farm's ERP software to facilitate correct deliveries to stores and create real-time invoices and credits to customers. The collaboration resulted in a streamlined accounting process, real-time delivery data, and eliminated the need for manual entry of invoices and credits.
