Space Inventive

Space Multimedia was hired by Novartis, a major Swiss pharmaceutical company, to develop a web platform utilizing Azure OpenAI and GPT-4 model capabilities. The project aimed to create engaging doctor simulations using neural voice models and empower GPT-4 to deliver insightful responses by integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for reasoning through relevant data sources. The project also required the implementation of a robust cognitive search system to provide real-time access to relevant product details. Space Multimedia was chosen for the project due to their cost-effectiveness and was referred to Novartis. A team of 6-10 employees from Space Multimedia worked on the project.

The key deliverables from Space Multimedia included a functional cognitive search system populated with product data and mechanisms for GPT-4 to access and retrieve information from this system. They were also tasked with designing and developing scripts for simulated doctor interactions and training neural voice models to generate natural-sounding doctor voices. Lastly, they integrated these neural voice models with the conversational AI system. Novartis was pleased with the results, noting the value for cost and the successful implementation of the project's objectives.
