SozenTech Consulting Inc.

SozenTech Consulting Inc. was hired by a home maintenance company to create a trust-based mobile application that would provide homeowners with local advice and support for home maintenance. The project aimed to reduce risk, increase the value of homes, and improve the quality of life of homeowners. The SozenTech team, consisting of two members, worked closely with the client, attending meetings, providing development updates, conducting test scenarios, and even attending marketing events to better understand the client's needs and vision. The client praised SozenTech for their clear systems and processes and their willingness to work at a level that other providers couldn't match.

Making Changes, a non-profit organization, hired SozenTech Consulting Inc. to design and implement a curriculum for the technical training component of their Women in Technology Program. SozenTech was selected for their technical knowledge, experience, and commitment to empowering racialized and newcomer women. They developed a comprehensive curriculum teaching various platforms and coding languages. The curriculum was delivered to two cohorts of approximately 17 participants each per year. The SozenTech team, consisting of 4-5 members, collaborated actively with Making Changes, preparing students for a typical work environment through various teaching methods.

A mobile app development company partnered with SozenTech Consulting Inc. for UI/UX design and mobile app development. SozenTech was responsible for creating wireframes for the company's iOS and Android-based platform, including the color scheme, infrastructure, and visual design. They used Sketch for the product's design and LITE Technologies for the backend. The client worked mostly with the COO of SozenTech, Nageeb, and also communicated with their UI/UX development team. The project ran from January 2016 to July 2017, with an investment of approximately $11,200 USD.
