The team made the site as informative as possible by detailing all the services offered by the firm. They also started helping the firm write blog posts to improve their SEO. The project, which started in February 2020, is still ongoing. The firm collaborates with three teammates from Southern Cross Media LLC.

In a project with C.W. Smith Law, P.A., Southern Cross Media was tasked with assisting the firm in advertising, bringing in more cases, and reaching out to clients for five-star reviews. The team reached out to the clients on behalf of the firm, asking for reviews which were then added to their ratings on Google. They also helped the attorney get certified on Google. The team is currently screening all the calls coming through the firm's PPC ads, tracking and following up on all individuals who click on the ads. The project started in June 2021 and is still ongoing.

Southern Cross Media LLC was hired by an elder law practice firm to keep their website updated. The team redesigned the website, ensuring that everything was good since it was a legal website. They are now helping the firm expand their website traffic. The project, which started in January 2018, is still ongoing. The firm works with Tom, the partner at Southern Cross Media LLC, and a technical lead, along with 2-3 people involved in the web design efforts.
