Sourcetoad was hired by Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, a company providing physician compensation analysis and compliance services for healthcare organizations, to design and construct a web-based application. The goal was to digitize provider compensation evaluation spreadsheets and support scalable fair market value (FMV) analysis for healthcare clients. Sourcetoad was chosen due to their high ratings, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project. They successfully designed, architected, and built a provider compensation analysis platform from scratch. The minimum viable product (MVP) included digitization of FMV spreadsheets, user flows for automated and manual risk scoring, and support for white-glove assessments. The deliverables comprised a wireflow-tested design, secure AWS infrastructure, and a full-featured web application that is actively used by the Pinnacle team and their clients.
