Sourcetoad

Sourcetoad partnered with Activate Learning, an education solutions firm, to build and maintain a web-based learning platform. The platform supports middle school science curriculum and includes features such as real-time data syncing, adaptive interfaces for different school systems, and continuous user experience and infrastructure improvement. Sourcetoad's team of 6-10 employees were responsible for the initial architecture, ongoing development, DevOps, and continuous feature delivery. Activate Learning chose Sourcetoad for their strong technical capabilities and consistency, and they have been a trusted long-term partner for over a decade.

Sourcetoad was engaged by a publishing company to provide AI training and conduct a third-party review of portions of their code. The company's CEO needed help with AI adoption in the organization. Sourcetoad handled the creation, implementation, and moderation of the training, and provided materials including PowerPoint presentations and custom modules. The engagement, which took place from October–December 2024 and again June–July 2025, involved two to four Sourcetoad teammates. The publishing company chose Sourcetoad based on a friend's recommendation and their trust in Sourcetoad's abilities.

A nonprofit organization enlisted Sourcetoad's services to develop a product fulfillment system. The system included a product approval system, ordering system, shipping template, and sales reporting. The product approval system focused on brand approval. Two Sourcetoad teammates were involved in the project, which lasted from December 2021 to April 2025. The nonprofit organization chose Sourcetoad for their expertise in product fulfillment, having found them through a referral.
