Soren Innovations successfully completed an intranet development and SharePoint consulting project for J-U-B ENGINEERS, a civil engineering consulting firm. The project, which began in January 2016, involved creating a new intranet system from scratch to replace the firm's poorly designed existing system. Soren Innovations spent considerable time understanding the firm's needs before presenting design samples. The final intranet system included features such as a home page for company-wide communication, a news and events section, an employee spotlight feature, and an HR section. The firm continues to engage Soren Innovations for additional functionalities and employee training.

In another project, Soren Innovations assisted a utilities coordinating council in redesigning their SharePoint for both their intranet site and external-facing public website. The project, which started in 2013 and took about 18 months to complete, involved identifying 12 key features for the intranet. Some of the features Soren Innovations developed include a corporate library for organized information, a weather forecast feature for employees, and integration of the company's social media feeds. The company appreciated Soren Innovations' advice during the conceptualization phase and the way the site was built to allow the communications department to continually update information. The company continues to partner with Soren Innovations for various projects and maintenance.
