Sonnecto

Sonnecto was hired by an international coding school to help scale their business operations. The company was in the investment and scaling mode and sought Sonnecto's assistance in expanding their programs and maintaining growth. Sonnecto provided dedicated teams, available 24/7, based in Kosovo, including an enrollment team, a student support team, an application and software development team, and a team of technical mentors. They also offered back-office support, handling accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable, and a digital marketing team to boost the school's social media and direct marketing presence. The collaboration started in June 2018 and the client was highly satisfied with Sonnecto's understanding of their business needs and their ability to deliver value.

In another project, Sonnecto was hired by a SaaS company specializing in government tenders to help generate leads, find new clients, and provide development support. They led two campaigns, one focused on cold calling and the other through online ad networks like Facebook. Sonnecto managed the entire lifecycle of the campaigns from generating leads to converting them to users and managing the budget. In addition, they made updates and changes to the client's platform based on user feedback, switching the backend from PHP to React and Python. The collaboration started in mid-2018 and the client was pleased with the team's performance, planning to start a new project with them in October 2020.
