Sonnecto

Sonnecto was engaged by a coding school to help scale their business operations. The school was in investment and scaling mode and was looking to expand their programs and maintain growth. Sonnecto provided a dedicated team available 24/7 based in Kosovo including an enrollment team, a student support team, an application and software development team, and a team of technical mentors. They also provided back-office support in the form of accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable, as well as a digital marketing team. The collaboration has been ongoing since June 2018 and the client has expressed satisfaction with Sonnecto's understanding of US business culture and communication standards.

In another project, Sonnecto was hired by a SaaS company specializing in government tenders to help generate leads, find new clients, and provide development support. They led two campaigns for the company, one focused on cold calling and the other done through online ad networks like Facebook. They also made updates and changes to the company's platform based on user feedback, switching the backend from PHP to React and Python. The team worked with 5-8 people from Sonnecto depending on the phase of the project. The engagement, which started in May or June of 2018, is ongoing and the client plans to start a new project with Sonnecto in October 2020.
