Biztechnosys required Sonata's expertise in technology implementation, specifically in Sitecore. The project involved working on PO Ferries, a B2C travel cruise booking website. The aim of this project was to enhance user experience through personalization and other features. Sonata Software worked with SAP Hybris platform for backend services such as store creation, master data creation, booking, and user management. They also developed a mobile application for ticket booking. Other tasks included bug resolution, using Azure server for monitoring and publishing, the development of a new mini cruise module, and work on a vaccination site. Technologies used included Sitecore, AWS, Asp.net, MVC, and Azure. A team of three professionals from Sonata Software worked on this project.
