Clearlink, a digital marketing, sales conversion, and technology company, hired Sombra for full-stack development services. Sombra was found through an online search and was chosen due to their affordable pricing, great culture fit, and flexibility. Two to five employees from Sombra were assigned to the project, with the scope of work including continuous development and enhancements for Clearlink's B2B SaaS product. Key deliverables included initial migration and ongoing maintenance of the portal's technical foundation, creating detailed technical documentation, improving subscription management and cancellation process, implementing advanced payment options, and ensuring seamless synchronization with Zoho Billing and Stripe.

Packback, an education technology company, engaged Sombra for staff augmentation services. Sombra was found through a referral and was chosen for their clarity of communication and reasonable expectation setting. Two teammates from Sombra were assigned to the project, with the goal of providing long-term staff augmentation for Packback's QA and SRE teams. Sombra provided and managed employees who worked as an embedded part of Packback's team, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and the ongoing management of the employees. The engagement with Sombra began in early 2024 and is ongoing.
