Solvers

Solvers was hired by Canada's leading payments and debit network to develop an early version of their developer center and conduct global research on best practices. This project aimed to cater to the company's current clients while also expanding into future opportunities. Solvers was chosen for their strong design, UX and UI capabilities. The project, which took place from 2018 to 2019, resulted in a temporary redesign of the developer center and the gathering of global research on developer platforms. The Solvers team consisted of a project manager, two SMEs, and two to three developers.

Another project saw Solvers designing a mobile app and website for STACK, a fintech company. The goals of this project were to drive adoption and engagement, and increase customer satisfaction. Solvers was chosen after a review of several agencies and UX shops. The team, which included a relationship lead, strategy lead, UX design lead, and customer research lead, provided UI and UX designs for the financial services app and website.

Solvers was also hired by one of Canada's largest private employers to establish a creative vision and create a unique digital user experience. This was part of a project to re-platform and redesign the company's digital assets. Solvers was chosen for their previous work with well-known brands in FINTECH. The project required a redesign of public-facing and secure digital experiences and the launch of iOS and Android applications. The Solvers team included a design/creative director, senior UX designers, interaction designers, and project managers.
