The company was already working with SOLUTIONLAB on operational tasks on other platforms. The project aimed to build an end-to-end IoT platform to connect their devices, including the connectivity hardware, back end cloud architecture, and front end solutions like a web portal, mobile app, and SMS notification solution. The SOLUTIONLAB team consisted of six resources, including DevOps engineers, a full-stack developer, and QA resources.

The largest tour operator in Iceland hired SOLUTIONLAB PRODUCTION, UAB to develop an Umbraco website and provide SEO services. The company's website was outdated, and they lacked in-house developers to create a new one. The team at SOLUTIONLAB developed features for the site on Umbraco, such as contact forms, implementing a chatbot, blocks for landing pages, and updates for the menu. The team included a team lead, a web developer, and a DevOps specialist. The goal of the project was to increase traffic and improve the site’s speed.
