Celara Labs

Celara Labs provided tech staff augmentation for an environmental nonprofit focused on ocean sustainability and commercial fishing. The company's expertise in technology allowed for the contracting and payment of individuals to work for the nonprofit, primarily in Latin America. The work involved technology development, project management, systems engineering, and frontend design and development, as well as data analysis and policy work. The partnership began in July 2017 and continues to this day, with an annual investment of approximately $600,000. This arrangement has streamlined the nonprofit's contracting process and allowed them to focus on their core mission.

In another project, Celara Labs was hired by Pradecon, a company in the steel industry, to digitize processes and documents and integrate systems. This was achieved through an online search and selection based on good value and aligned company values. The team from Celara Labs, consisting of 2-5 employees, worked to improve operational efficiency, enhance collaboration, ensure data security, reduce costs associated with physical documents, and establish a digital framework for seamless information access and management.

Lastly, Celara Labs was involved in AI consulting and development for Creatia, a company dedicated to the development of customized AI-based solutions. The team from Celara Labs was tasked with selecting and training an AI model to classify natural language claims, conducting tests in real environments, and designing an automated process to retrain the model. The selection of Celara Labs was based on high ratings, geographic proximity, a great culture fit, and good value for cost. The project was divided into sprints with clear deliverables, all of which were carried out as per the agreed times.
