SoftServe provided staff augmentation for a software company that offers applications to large online publishers. The company required assistance in managing their unpredictable workload. SoftServe's involvement allowed the company to expand and reduce team size as needed, without having to hire or lay off employees. They worked on products using the Microsoft tech stack, including .NET, .NET Core, MVC, and ASP.NET, with SQL Server on the back end and various JavaScript libraries on the front end. The collaboration started in 2013 and is ongoing.

SoftServe worked with a healthcare tech firm to develop a prototype for a product named Dream. This product enables doctors to extend their reach beyond their office spaces and assist patients in a more holistic health lifestyle. SoftServe was responsible for the design and experience for the patient, doctor, and the rest of the healthcare team. The product combines big data, AI, machine learning, mobile technologies, and IoT elements. The engagement with SoftServe started a year ago and the most recent milestone was the completion of the prototype.

SoftServe collaborated with a UK-based healthcare organization to develop a smartphone app that measures patient reporting outcomes such as quality of life. The app was meant to collect data with more continuity through technology and predict users' health by looking at their smartphone usage behavior. SoftServe provided input on the technology to be used and built the app for Android from beginning to end. The project started in April 2015 and finished at the beginning of 2016.
