SoftServe

SoftServe collaborated with a software company that provides applications to large online publishers to manage their advertising, sales, and operations activities. The software company needed to augment their staff due to unpredictable workload. SoftServe provided custom software solutions around the client's flagship product, allowing them to expand and reduce team size without hiring or laying people off. They worked on products using the entire Microsoft tech stack, SQL Server, and Selenium with C# web drivers for automation. The team comprised of about 14 people, including developers, QA people, automation testers, project managers, and UI/UX resources. The collaboration, which started around 2013, is ongoing.

In another project, SoftServe worked with a healthcare tech firm to develop a prototype. The firm provides SaaS solutions and focuses on situational awareness software for smart cities. SoftServe helped the firm create a product that allows doctors to extend their reach beyond the office space and assist patients in a more holistic health lifestyle. The product, Dream, combines big data, AI, machine learning, mobile technologies, and IoT elements. SoftServe was responsible for the design and experience for the patient, the doctor, and the rest of the healthcare team. The collaboration started a year ago, and the most recent milestone was the completion of the prototype.

SoftServe also developed an Android prototype for a healthcare organization that works with clients in the UK. The organization won grant funding for developing a smartphone app to measure patient reporting outcomes such as quality of life. SoftServe built the app for Android from scratch, providing input around what device sensors could be used for the organization's purpose. The project started in April 2015 and finished at the beginning of 2016, lasting between 6-9 months.
