SoftPositive

SoftPositive was hired by Intelligence & Management of Information Inc. to develop a desktop application for a content-based search engine. The application was designed to integrate an API for optical character recognition (OCR) for long PDF documents, with the ability to process large batches of lengthy documents within a short timeframe. The SoftPositive team successfully developed the PC application according to the given requirements, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in their approach.

In a project for a marine transportation company, SoftPositive was brought on board to develop a new fleet management system. The company lacked the internal resources to complete the project, so SoftPositive stepped in to assist. They oversaw every stage of the project, from development to business analysis and project management. The system was developed using Microsoft MVC and Angular, with SQL Server used on the backend. They also integrated Microsoft Web API and Entity Framework on the platform.
