Softlabs Group collaborated with the Association of Business Executives (ABE) and SKYGOLD Limited to develop a system that would track students who received loans from the Zambian government and a credit management information system. The system, known as the Zambia Credit Reference Information System (ZCRIS), was designed to be user-friendly and interactive for all stakeholders and financial institutions. Additionally, Softlabs developed a taxi app for the Zambian market. The projects, which started in February 2015, were successful and cost the client $15,000. The engagement is ongoing.
Softlabs Group developed a custom client management software for an electricity supplier and generator of renewable electricity. The software helps with registrations and billing management, and it communicates with other entities through a data transfer network. The software was built from scratch, using information from a previous system that wasn’t up to the mark. The project, which cost between $50,000 and $200,000, completed phase one and is now in phase two, which involves customization and enhancement of the product.
