SoftKraft

The company eBillity employed SoftKraft to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate manual workflows in their Time Tracker software. The goal was to increase efficiency and reduce human error by automating tasks such as time entry generation, invoice creation, and billing optimization. SoftKraft developed an AI-powered microservice that creates time entries by understanding firm data and activity context. The system was designed to reduce manual entry, minimize errors, and streamline logging for end users. The work also included building and deploying a standalone AI API that integrated with eBillity’s main platform and external partner systems. The results and feedback were not provided.

Trick or Treat, a software company that helps families connect during Halloween, hired SoftKraft to build the MVP version of their website. SoftKraft developed the front and backend of the website using AWS, with key features such as community-voted competitions, event listings, and an interactive map for families to use when trick-or-treating. The team built everything from the frontend, for which they were given designs but had input, to user authentication, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and integration with Mapbox for the map. The project was completed between March and November 2025. The results and feedback were not provided.
