Softjourn

Softjourn provided IT support for Bullet, an automated accounts product for small businesses. They managed the company's day-to-day IT operations and were responsible for new development and testing. They also worked on specific projects including modernizing the payroll system, implementing pricing changes, and conducting large feature updates. The founder and CEO of Bullet praised Softjourn for their exceptional work, noting that they've invested around €300,000 (approximately $350,100 USD) since their partnership began in June 2008.

Softjourn was hired by an event ticketing company to develop a technically complex mobile application and media library event ticketing system. They built a prototype, created wireframes based on the client's descriptions, and then developed the application from scratch. The team delivered apps for Android and iOS, as well as a player app for Windows and Mac. The client has invested about $380,000 in the project since the engagement started in December 2019.

For a nonprofit tech education provider, Softjourn developed custom software to expand the organization's charitable offerings. The full-stack development work is ongoing. The project began with a brainstorming session where the client relayed their problems to Softjourn’s team. Over the past six years, they've been providing tech solutions to address the client's business requirements. The client, who has known Softjourn’s team for over 20 years, expressed confidence in their capabilities and considers them an integral part of any development or tech project they undertake.
