Softion

Softion undertook an e-commerce development and design project for an interior design company that designs and manufactures interior decor items. The company was facing limitations with their custom-made online store, especially with product variations and design changes. Softion stepped in to integrate product variations, create a new page, fix invoicing issues, and improve site loading times. They also rectified a pricing issue with a cushion product that was automatically sold with a duck down filling, which was not cost-effective for customers. Furthermore, they tackled a shipping problem where the price was tripled when a customer bought two of the same item. Softion grouped categories based on box sizes and other variables and established standard shipping rates. They also integrated back-in-stock or pre-order icons for product status. The project ran from January to March 2021 and cost $1,500. The CEO of the interior design company expressed satisfaction with Softion’s cost-effective solutions and helpful insights.
