SoftFormance was hired by Ziscuit, a 2-sided marketplace platform, to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that could scale up to 20-25 cities. The project involved a comprehensive review of the business plan and market tactics, followed by the development of a front-end shopper enrollment module, a Super Admin Dashboard for managing products, shoppers, and retailers, a Price Comparison Engine, and back-end API interfaces to connect to retailers and relevant data sources. The project was successfully completed by a team of three from SoftFormance, including the CEO, a project manager, and a lead developer.

SoftFormance worked with a development company, Byteful, on an IoT web app project. New to the field of IoT, Byteful sought SoftFormance's expertise in the area, particularly for code review and architecture decisions. SoftFormance took the technical lead on the IoT web app, deciding on the technologies, developing wireframes and technical mock-ups, and conducting maintenance. The project, which started in 2015, is ongoing and has so far cost Byteful $40,000.

Guru Digital, a digital marketing and advertising agency, engaged SoftFormance to build up their online automation capabilities. SoftFormance has been instrumental in removing manual tasks and implementing automation into Guru Digital's business, building several proprietary technologies and tools. They have developed three internal tools to automate marketing and advertising, including a calendar app for client bookings and a proprietary Facebook advertising tool. The team is currently working on a fourth project, a performance analytics mobile app. The partnership, which began in April 2021, is still ongoing and has cost Guru Digital close to $70,000 so far.
