Softensy

Softensy was hired by Agrocom, a large agricultural enterprise in Western Europe, to develop a Business Process Management (BPM) system called Project-Agrovod. The aim of this project was to automate the entire harvest process, enabling remote control, reducing team costs, and organizing a unified system for document transfer and storage. Softensy provided technical and business consultation, software development, design, and cloud service configuration. The project was developed on Scrum, with new features added every two weeks. The project was completed successfully, meeting all the set goals.

A leading manufacturer of mineral waters in Ukraine hired Softensy to create a website and mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The project aimed to create a unique B2B solution for ordering the company's products through a network of distributors in Ukraine. Softensy successfully implemented the project, creating a site and mobile applications according to the corporate design of the company and integrating with customer and distributor accounting systems by exchanging data via API. The project was successfully delivered by a dedicated team from Softensy.

Ecobank, a dynamic bank with over 25 years in the finance market, engaged Softensy to develop a set of digital banking systems. This included internet and mobile banking apps for end clients, administrative and CRM interfaces for staff, and a mobile office app for bank employees. The project aimed to digitally transform the bank's offerings and increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Softensy successfully developed the core services within three months and continued to add more features based on client feedback. The project was successful, leading to a significant digital transformation for Ecobank.
