Softensy

Softensy partnered with Agrocom, a large agricultural enterprise, to develop a unique BPM system to automate the harvest process. The project, named Agrovod, aimed to enable remote control of the harvest process, reduce team costs, modernize the document transfer and storage system, provide online analytics, and monitor resources. Softensy delivered technical and business consultation, software development, design, and cloud service configuration. The project was developed on Scrum with new features delivered every two weeks. The team included a team lead, DevOps, QA, designer, Java developer, iOS developer, and a business analyst. The project was completed smoothly and on time.

Softensy was hired by Ecobank to develop a set of digital banking systems including internet and mobile banking apps for end clients, administrative and CRM interfaces for staff, and a mobile office app for on-site services. The initial goal was to launch essential web and mobile banking services within a short timeframe. The project involved developing the first builds of the mobile banking system within three months. Over the year, new designs and additional functions were implemented based on client feedback. The team included a team lead, business analyst, architect, DevOps specialist, UX/UI designer, senior frontend developer, and senior and mid-level backend developers.

Softensy partnered with a leading mineral water manufacturer in Ukraine to create a unique B2B solution for ordering company products through a network of distributors. The project involved creating a website and mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms and integrating data exchange via API. Softensy was selected based on their experience from previous cooperation. The project was successfully implemented with the creation of a site and mobile apps according to the company's corporate design. The team included a team lead, DevOps, QA, designer, Android developer, iOS developer, and a business analyst.
