SOFTENQ

SOFTENQ was hired by a children's entertainment and technology moderation start-up to develop a browser extension for YouTube. The extension allows users to add videos directly from YouTube to the platform's library. The project was managed by George and Alex, who were praised for their clear communication and understanding of the project requirements. They not only developed the extension as per the initial requirements and UI design, but also proactively added functionalities that were not included in the initial delivery.

For the artist portfolio and exhibitions website, www.mire.ro, SOFTENQ was tasked with building a custom Content Management System (CMS) based on Ruby on Rails. The goal was to create an easy-to-use CMS to modify website content. The vendor was chosen based on the quality of their previous work and the number of contracts they had completed. The team built a CMS component to manage the Exhibitions section, allowing the addition of new exhibitions, ordering of exhibitions, and adding content such as text and photos.

A freelance Ruby developer hired SOFTENQ to assist with ongoing development tasks, including new feature development and bug fixing. The goal was to improve the quality of the product the developer was working on. After researching and interviewing various options, the developer chose SOFTENQ. They helped give new structure to the product through their bug fixing and new feature development. They also provided API integrations. The developer worked with a single developer from SOFTENQ for this project.
