The company needed to support its growing business and maintain its 24/7 data access for customers. Over the course of three years, SoftElegance replaced the existing system, replicated previous features, and has been enhancing the platform on an ongoing basis. They also built an internal file management system for data captured by the SQL database. The partnership started in 2006 and has been ongoing, with the client investing between $200,000 and $750,000 annually.
For a retail tech firm, SoftElegance undertook the task of completely rewriting the main software program sold by the company. The firm decided to outsource the work for stability reasons and SoftElegance was chosen after a thorough search and recommendation. The software rewrite involved moving it to .NET and the work is still ongoing with around 6 fulltime developers from SoftElegance. The partnership started in 1997 and continues to this day.
SoftElegance was engaged by Channeliser, a network for the IT industry, to help migrate from a previous company’s server to Microsoft Azure.
