The client's original software, designed in 2010, required a significant update to its user interface and overall structure. SoftEdge was tasked with incorporating a number of enhancements into the design, essentially creating a version 2.0 of the software. The project involved extensive specification and wireframe work to envision the final product. The client praised SoftEdge's professional approach and their ability to stay on budget. A team of four, including a sales partner, CTO, UX/UI designer, and web developer, worked on the project.
In another project, SoftEdge Technologies was hired by Boaz Bikes, a micro-mobility service company, to support their API and roadmap development. SoftEdge built an app from scratch that allows customers to rent scooters in various cities. The technologies used included Node.js for the API, React.js for the backend and dashboard, and React Native for the mobile application. The project also involved the use of various Google Services, including Maps. The client retained one developer from SoftEdge for ongoing support.
