Softech.app - Software | Business Development was commissioned by B & L Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality industry, to develop a mobile application. The primary goal of the project was to automate processes and create a platform for managing and settling employees. Softech.app was chosen for their competitive pricing, good value for cost, great culture fit, and effective communication. The project involved a team of 2-5 employees from Softech.app. The scope of work included the creation of a user-friendly mobile app available on both iOS and Android platforms. The app enabled employees to manage work hours, report attendance, and access wage and benefit information with ease. The platform automated many processes, including wage calculations, thus improving the efficiency of human resources management and reducing the risk of payroll calculation errors. As a result, the platform enhanced workflow organization, reduced administrative processing time, and improved the accuracy of payroll management. The client found the platform to be a valuable tool for streamlining business operations.
