Soft Zen

Soft Zen was hired by Passion4Growth, a business development and growth hacking agency, to create an internal outreach system. The project was initiated with a kickoff meeting and research from Soft Zen's side. They then advised on which part of the complex system to start with. The system uses LinkedIn, email, SMS, phone, and Viber. The team from Soft Zen consisted of a project manager, a UX/UI designer, and five developers. The client chose Soft Zen from nine offers due to their innovative ideas and feedback about the initial project.

Soft Zen was also hired by a small Software Development company to extend their team of Vue.js and React developers. The company needed to accelerate work on several ongoing projects and develop their own Services Marketplace platform. Soft Zen provided two skilled Vue.js/React developers who integrated a team working on a challenging Community Marketplace project. As the project went live, the client required a UX Designer and other software engineers. Soft Zen was chosen for their responsiveness and understanding of the client's needs. The recruitment process was quick, with Soft Zen providing pre-vetted candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills.

In another project, Soft Zen was hired to build a dedicated team of 7 Senior React Developers for a company building custom software solutions for manufacturing companies. The project involved building a human resources management platform for one of the biggest manufacturers in the DACH region. Soft Zen provided ten developers, seven of whom were selected by the client's CTO after interviews. The client chose Soft Zen based on a recommendation from a mutual friend.
