Sofmen

Sofmen collaborated with I Met Yooo Inc, an app designed to help people remember names, on the development of their mobile app. The CEO of I Met Yooo Inc approached Sofmen with a basic concept which they transformed into a fully functional app. The team at Sofmen designed the app's UI from scratch and developed it on React Native, making it available for both iOS and Android devices. The app allows users to describe the appearance of the person they want to remember and even take a picture of a business card to fill in basic information automatically. The engagement lasted from February to August 2022, with the client investing $12,000 in the project.

For the student tracking software firm, Academic Progress Intelligence, Inc., Sofmen provided staff augmentation services. The goal was to add developer capacity to the client's small team. The client found Sofmen through an online search and direct email. Sofmen stood out due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values. They successfully integrated an experienced software engineer into the client's team, providing excellent communication throughout the process. The client plans to hire again from Sofmen for future needs.

Sofmen worked with True Sync Media, a free, branded TV network provider, on the creation of a CMS and mobile app, and provided server-side expertise. The team at Sofmen was instrumental in deploying and managing the client's AWS infrastructure, setting up a complex database, and implementing robust security measures. They also developed two high-quality Android applications and provided valuable insights and advice on various topics. The key deliverables included an admin-facing CMS, a customer-facing CMS, and two Android apps.
