Sofist

Sofist was hired by a credit card company to improve the quality of their software deliveries, with the main aim being to avoid failures, financial losses, and ensure a superior customer experience. The selection of Sofist was based on its synergy with the client's business and its reputable track record with other consolidated companies in the market. The project commenced with Sofist's quality analysts working in a single unit, receiving and executing testing demands based on priorities. As the project progressed, these analysts were incorporated into the client's agile squads, working alongside the team to conduct tests and imbue a culture of quality. In total, the project involved 12 human test analysts and 1 automated test analyst from Sofist's team. The project significantly improved the quality of the client's credit solutions, validating Sofist's expertise in software quality testing.
