Sofist

Sofist was hired by a credit card company to improve the quality of their software deliveries. The company's growth required a more robust approach to avoid failures and financial losses while ensuring a positive customer experience. Sofist was selected for their synergy with the business and their experience with other established companies. The project involved Sofist's quality analysts working first in a single cell, receiving and executing testing demands based on priorities. Later, they were integrated into the agile squads to conduct tests and promote a culture of quality. The team consisted of 12 human test analysts and one automated test analyst. The project was successful and met the client's needs for improved software quality.
