Sodehal

Sodehal was hired by the State Institute for Vocational Education (ŠIOV) in Slovakia to develop a complex IT system for vocational training. The system was designed to support over 5000 users per year, allowing students to create work from various disciplines and enabling teachers and professionals to perform on them. Sodehal was chosen for this project due to their proximity to the client, their reasonable pricing, and the good value they provided. The team of 2-5 employees from Sodehal designed vocational training programs tailored to the needs of various industries and sectors, collaborated with industry experts to identify skill requirements, and created training materials. They also developed and implemented qualification frameworks, established competency-based assessment criteria, ensured quality assurance, and managed information systems for student and teacher registration, among other tasks. The client expressed satisfaction with Sodehal's work, noting the enhanced skills and competencies of teachers, trainers, and administrators, the establishment of strong partnerships, and the effectiveness of the vocational training programs.
