SOClogix

SOClogix was hired by MoxiWorks, a technology company specializing in products for real estate agents, to monitor Microsoft Azure for suspicious sign-in logs and assist customers whose Outlook accounts had been hacked. The project was assigned to 2-5 employees from SOClogix who ensured the customers' emails were secure and proactively prevented risky accounts from being compromised. They also assisted compromised customers and made sure to quarantine all threats to the customer's email as part of the remediation process. The company was chosen due to its good value for cost and came highly recommended.

In another project, SOClogix was contracted by Certified CIO, a Managed IT Services Provider, to operate and report on SIEM and Vulnerability Management Systems and to subcontract all SOC operations for their MSP clients. The project was assigned to 6-10 employees from SOClogix. The scope of work primarily covered SIEM and Vulnerability management, but also included Incident Response and Forensic Investigation. SOClogix was chosen because of its proximity to the client's location, its budget-friendly pricing, great cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values.
