SOClogix was hired by MoxiWorks, a technology company that produces products for real estate agents, to bolster their cybersecurity measures. The main objectives were monitoring Microsoft Azure for suspicious sign-in logs and assisting customers whose Outlook accounts had been hacked. A team of 2-5 SOClogix employees was assigned to the project. They were proactive in ensuring the security of customers' emails and preventing risky accounts from being compromised. In cases where accounts were already compromised, SOClogix effectively quarantined all threats to the customer's email as part of the remediation process. The company was selected due to its good value for cost and was referred to MoxiWorks by a mutual contact.

Certified CIO, a Managed IT Services Provider, hired SOClogix to handle their Security Operations Center services. The project involved operating and reporting on SIEM and Vulnerability Management Systems and subcontracting for all SOC operations for their MSP clients. SOClogix was chosen for its proximity to the client's geographic location, budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. A larger team of 6-10 SOClogix employees was assigned to this project. They provided comprehensive SIEM and Vulnerability management, Incident Response, and Forensic Investigation services. Furthermore, Certified CIO has deployed various hardware and software developed by SOCLogix over the years.
