Two to five employees from Hill Point Ventures were assigned to the project and they successfully presented the best structure for the enterprise, devised financial instruments, negotiated settlements, and delivered key insights on their target markets.

Two to five employees from Hill Point Ventures were assigned to the project and they successfully provided significant input and guidance during the launch of the Victory Litigation Fund Reg D and Reg CF Private Placements.
