The collaboration involved between two to five Smicolon employees and involved in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging applications for communication. The primary deliverable was the successful completion of a SaaS software for sales and order tracking, which met the company's expectations.

Smiicolon GmbH executed a software development project for allea consult GmbH, an insolvency consulting firm. The project aimed to create a centralized environment for the ordering and payment process (Inocu), integrating various people in different roles with different authorizations. Smicolon was chosen based on their cost-effective pricing, good value, and deep understanding of allea consult's requirements. The project involved six to ten Smicolon employees and the scope of work included user interface design, infrastructure setup, registration process, market data supply, customer module, application development, and implementation of anticipated payment functionalities. The project was delivered in structured packages, allowing allea consult to closely monitor the development process and the achievement of milestones. The project was deemed a success.
