In another project, Complete Automation Solutions Holdings partnered with SME Strategy Consulting INC to facilitate their strategic planning, goal creation, team dynamics, and overall workplace culture. SME Strategy provided leadership training and business consulting services, which included the development of a three-year strategic plan and the shaping of the company's vision, mission, and values. Monthly meetings were held to review the strategy and process, and change management training was provided to improve communication skills and goal achievement. The engagement, which started in December 2021, is ongoing.
