SMB Technologies provided IT support to Full Throttle Concepts, a design studio. The company needed assistance with internal tool maintenance, including internet speed, programs, and system errors. SMB Technologies was referred to them by a friend who worked in IT, and the collaboration began in January 2011. The team, consisting of four people, has been working together since then, with the firm investing $15,000 in their services.

In another project, SMB Technologies was brought in to manage IT and cybersecurity for a dental practice. The team, led by Russ and Ron, worked on the practice's Mac computers, handled network security, and set up offsite management. They were on call as needed, providing proposals for necessary equipment, purchasing, and installing it. The engagement, which began in May 2014, came about after a referral from the client's local Apple Store, and has seen an investment of between $3,000-$5,000.
