SmashTaps Pvt Ltd was hired by a social network company to build an audio chat network for remote workers. The goal was to create a live forum and coaching environment that fosters job growth by giving everyone access to each other’s knowledge. A team of a Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Full-Stack Developers, and a QA Engineer from SmashTaps worked on the project. They started with creating User flows, Wireframes, and then moving to designing the UI elements and prototypes on Figma. After incorporating the client's feedback, the designs were finalized and the development phase was started. The final product was an iOS mobile application and a marketing website.

For a growth consulting company, SmashTaps Pvt Ltd was tasked to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for a customer lifecycle modeling software. The scope of work involved the development of software for consultants and marketers to capture, edit, and share customer lifecycles. The project was executed in 2-week sprints following a classic scrum approach. The key deliverables included user management conception, UI design, collaboration scenarios, notifications, inclusion of ChatGBT to facilitate data entry processes, and a Super Admin Dashboard. The final product was a functional MVP hosted on a server.

SmashTaps Pvt Ltd was contracted by an AI Quality Assurance company to develop the front-end of their platform, tune the AI agents, and come up with a UI/UX concept. The project involved a complete overhaul and build of the platform, focusing on both the user experience and the underlying technology. The work encompassed a full-stack development approach, from initial design to the final, functional application. A completely new frontend design was created in Figma, providing a modern, intuitive, and engaging user interface. This design was then developed and built on the Remix React framework. The application's backend was extensively developed and optimized to support the new frontend, which involved AI tuning and data preparation.
