SmartPA was engaged by a franchise consulting firm to provide scaling solutions for their growing and diversifying business. The CEO of the consulting firm saw SmartPA as a tool to build his team, allowing for scaling up or down as per the demands of their clients. The partnership began with one PA from SmartPA, whose role was to answer calls and represent the face of the business, while also delivering high-level customer service. As the engagement progressed, two more PAs were added to the team, one of whom assisted with franchisee recruitment through appointment making, database management, lead generation, and resource signals. Over the course of the ongoing engagement, which began in November 2012, the consulting firm has invested approximately $100,000 in SmartPA's services.
