In another project, Smart IT was hired by Zaman Broker, an insurance and reinsurance Lloyd's Brokers operating in South Caucasus region, to develop a CRM system for a retail project based on motor insurance. The team from Smart IT consisted of eight members, including backend and frontend developers, a QA, and a project manager.
Smart IT was also hired by MEDvidi, an online center for mental health care in the US, to develop a hybrid software platform to support customer relationships and electronic health record systems. This included a custom healthcare CRM system, video, voice, and appointments for patients, E-prescribing, and telephony integration. The Smart IT team consisted of ten members, including software engineers, QA engineers, a BA, a PM, and a UX/UI designer.
