Highlights from Recent Projects
Smart IT was hired by Zaman Broker, an insurance and reinsurance broker operating in the South Caucasus region, to develop a CRM system for a motor insurance retail project. The goal was to create a software that could track customer interactions and provide personalized experiences, along with analytical tools for reports and predictions. After two months of preparing mock-ups and documentation, the first functionality of the CRM system was developed, including customer profiles and integration with third-party systems like banks, smtp servers, their website and mobile app. The project was successful and continues to this day with further developments. The team consisted of eight members, including backend and frontend developers, a QA, and a project manager.
Smart IT was contracted by MEDvidi, an online center for mental health care in the US, to develop a hybrid software platform to support customer relationships and electronic health record systems. The project involved designing, developing, and implementing both backend and frontend solutions for the telemedicine service. This included a custom healthcare CRM system, video and voice appointments for patients, E-prescribing, and Telephony (Twilio) integration. The team was comprised of 10 members, including software engineers, QA engineers, a Business Analyst, a Project Manager, and a UX/UI Designer. Their expertise in healthtech and high communication standards were the deciding factors for choosing Smart IT.
Iterial Sàrl, an IT services, custom software development, and consultancy company, brought in Smart IT to assist with coding and graphic design for specific projects. Smart IT supplemented Iterial's in-house resources when workloads increased, working on a variety of projects including code reviews, backend Java website construction, email marketing infrastructure, and other specific technologies and APIs. The collaboration, which ran from February to May 2017, was considered a success and involved a team of five, including a product owner, designers, and developers.
