SmallGiants was hired by a financial services company for the optimization of their SalesForce and HubSpot platforms. SmallGiants conducted a full detailed audit of both platforms, created an implementation plan with clear deliverables, held twice weekly status meetings, and offered a wider tech stack review and recommendations. The vendor's team included their CEO, Head of CRM, Head of Marketing Automation, CRM and Sales Automation Lead, and a project manager. SmallGiants came recommended by colleagues at a previous employer. With their intervention, the financial services company was able to rectify the problems in its tech stack, leading to improved data management and visibility of marketing campaign success.
