SkyPlanner was commissioned by a large print and sign shop in Miami to develop an automation system for their quotes, invoices, and statements. The aim was to save time on these repetitive tasks by automating the process of sending these documents via email, each with a PDF attachment. SkyPlanner assembled a team of two developers, a QA, a Project Manager, and a Business Analyst to create a system that could be configured by the user, with the ability to disable automation or specify the contact recipient at the account level. The system also included a logic for determining which contacts to send follow-ups to and produced a daily notifications summary outlining any errors and the next schedule.
A medical center hired SkyPlanner to develop a unified analysis platform that could be used across all departments. The goal was to enable the center to analyze data and make informed decisions. SkyPlanner was chosen for their ability to work effectively with the center’s predominantly Hispanic workforce and their commitment to the project. The team, composed of a project manager, a Salesforce consultant, and two developers, worked in bi-weekly sprints and communicated via Zoom and Slack, with in-person meetings when necessary. The project began with a two-week discovery period and progressed with the regular review of deliverables.
An educational organization employed SkyPlanner to create an Event Management solution and organize the User Interface and objects in Salesforce. SkyPlanner was chosen based on their high ratings, close geographic location to the client, and alignment with the company's values. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project, and they successfully finalized all the pending items required to launch Salesforce.
