Sky21 Media was hired by a consulting firm to develop a series of training videos for one of its clients. The goal was to streamline the client's training and onboarding processes. Sky21 Media was selected through an employee referral, after the firm struggled to find a suitable production company within its budget. The Sky21 team conducted fact-finding meetings to establish a timeline and flow for the videos, which helped to limit production time and reduce costs. The videos were delivered digitally for review and feedback, and the general manager of the consulting firm reported that the process was easy and relatively stress-free.

Sky21 Media was engaged by California Auto Dealer, Karma Automotive, for assistance with video and audio production for several projects. One of the projects involved documenting a large company meeting with 500-600 employees. Sky21 Media was responsible for an 8-hour shoot of the two-hour meeting along with preproduction and equipment breakdown. The team from Sky21 Media, which included the general manager, a production supervisor, and the president, was recommended to the video editor product specialist at Karma Automotive due to their skills, background, and local availability. Since the start of the engagement in February 2019, Karma Automotive has invested between $12,000–$15,000 in the ongoing relationship.
