Skillo successfully completed a QA staff augmentation project for Smart IT, a software development and integration company. Skillo's team significantly increased the QA department's capacity to find and fix software bugs before they reached production. The team, which has grown from a few to ten members over nine months, worked on creating test cases, forming the test strategy, and conducting all regulation testing. The partnership, which began in November 2021, has seen Smart IT invest approximately $327,000 USD and is still ongoing. The client is satisfied with Skillo's expertise and intends to continue expanding the team as they grow.

The company also undertook a technical training project for VMware, a global tech corporation. Skillo provided instructor-led and self-service training to teach VMware's existing employees how to operate major technologies in VMware's tech stack. The training covered Angular, AWS, Springboot, Java, and Kubernetes. Skillo's team, comprising 6–7 trainers, conducts 4–5 training sessions quarterly, two of which are headed by Skillo. The partnership, which began in February 2021 and is still ongoing, has seen VMware invest around $80,000. The client appreciates the high-quality training provided by Skillo, which met their KPIs and retained participants.

In addition, Skillo executed a recruitment project for Infosys, a top global IT services brand. The company required recruitment support to hire the best IT specialists and managers for its growing subsidiary in Sofia. Skillo worked on numerous open positions and successfully presented candidates who are still part of Infosys. The client received very positive feedback about Skillo from their network and was satisfied with the vendor's recruitment services.
