SIVILIO was hired by Staylime, an ecommerce design & development company, to assist in the recruitment of IT specialists. The goal was to evaluate, locate, identify, and recognize individuals who could fulfill specific needs and demands. SIVILIO was chosen for their competitive pricing and good value for cost. A single employee from SIVILIO was assigned to this project. The feedback from Staylime was positive, indicating that SIVILIO successfully met their recruitment needs.

In a separate project, SIVILIO was contracted by an IT company to analyze IT vacancies and the salary market for IT specialists. The company's goal was to gain a clear picture of the IT specialist market and find the right professionals for their team. SIVILIO was chosen due to alignment in company values. Between two to five employees from SIVILIO were assigned to this project. The results of the analysis were successful, leading to the hiring of all the specialists that the company required.

Lastly, SIVILIO was engaged by an IT recruitment firm to fill a challenging vacancy for a Lead Unity Developer. The firm sought a candidate with the potential to grow into a CTO role. SIVILIO was chosen due to their great culture fit and referral. Two to five employees from SIVILIO were assigned to this project.
