SisAdmin was hired by a healthcare company to manage their IT department and eliminate existing weaknesses in their IT structure. The vendor was selected based on a prior relationship with the owner. SisAdmin stepped in after the departure of the company's IT Director, with whom they had developed a plan. Over the following years, they significantly improved the efficiency and reliability of the company's network system. The company worked with a Virtual CIO and several other technicians and staff members from SisAdmin, all of whom were highly trained, easy to work with, and had excellent communication skills.

Windward Environmental LLC, an environmental consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington, hired SisAdmin for the relocation of their IT infrastructure during an office move. The vendor was selected on the basis of their excellent service desk and IT infrastructure support, which the firm had relied on for years. SisAdmin was involved in all stages of the move, from initial schedule development to post-move troubleshooting. They planned and implemented the buildout of the new server room, coordinated with the cabling contractor, installed a new wireless network, relocated and installed all server room equipment, and helped get the computer equipment up and running. The primary support team from SisAdmin consisted of a CIO, a Design Desk, and a network engineer, with additional assistance from Service Desk engineers for post-move troubleshooting.
