Sirocco successfully completed a supply chain tracking system for Antalis, a leading paper distributor. The project aimed to create a system for online shipment monitoring and communication with drivers. Sirocco developed a web application for managing shipments, presenting deliveries on a map and providing online shipping statuses. Additionally, they created a mobile application for drivers, integrated with the transport management system and the web application. The project team comprised consultants, project managers from Antalis, and key users from the business, ensuring a smooth project implementation and quick response to unforeseen situations.

For an agriculture company, Sirocco developed a mobile application to identify and control weeds. The company already had a paper version of the atlas, but with increasing digital subscriptions, they needed a faster tool for access to information. The application, designed and manufactured entirely by Sirocco, contains a database of unwanted plants in crops and provides methods to prevent their spread. The Sirocco team, consisting of developers, testers, business analysts and graphic designers, also created a CMS panel for managing the database and publishing news for users.

Sirocco was hired by a Polish VOD service and internet television company to create a mobile version of their desktop application. The goal was to publish content on mobile platforms and increase the reach of the published content. Sirocco implemented native mobile applications for various systems including iOS, Android, Symbian, Meego, Windows Phone 7.5 and 8.X, and Windows 10 (desktop). The project, which started in 2010, was carried out by a team of 4-15 people consisting of project managers, developers and testers. Initially, the project followed the waterfall model, but currently employs Scrum.
