The project involved updating product information, including new products, and managing inventory. The team at Simple Solutions also provided monthly and biweekly reports on sales and subscriptions. Additionally, they supported the creation of social media stores on TikTok and Instagram and linked them to the Shopify account. The client found Simple Solutions through a referral and was satisfied with the services provided by the single employee assigned to the project.

In another project, Simple Solutions was contracted by AMLC, a nonprofit organization that facilitates collaborations among marine scientists in the Caribbean, to create a WordPress website. The project involved creating a modern WordPress-based website and migrating content from the old website. Simple Solutions also integrated MemberPress and incorporated the existing Paypal account of AMLC. For the NFT collection company, Lil' Heroes, Simple Solutions developed an e-commerce site with an integrated API for interaction between the site and the e-commerce platform. The project required building an e-commerce site to sell merchandise related to the NFT collection by visual artist Edgar Plans. Sales were gated to only NFT holders of the collection, with sales further gated by the level of holder.
