SIMBYONE

SIMBYONE was hired by Înregistrează Mărci, an Intellectual Property Agency, to develop a company website with integrated features to assist in trademark registration. The project aimed to create a streamlined platform to make the registration process more accessible to trademark applicants. Key deliverables included a Nice class generator for trademark applications, allowing users with limited knowledge about trademark registration to easily identify the correct Nice class for their application. Additionally, a trademark registration form was created where applicants could upload all necessary information and documentation for their trademark registration. The submitted information would then be verified by certified lawyers to ensure compliance with EU trademark law. The company chose SIMBYONE for this project due to their affordable pricing and good value for cost. The project was successfully completed by a team of 2-5 SIMBYONE employees, meeting the client's objectives and delivering a user-friendly platform for trademark registration.
