SIM Technologies was hired by a digital media strategy and forecasting consultant to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a client's shopping feed that had been rejected by Google Merchant Center. The client used Big Commerce as a platform. SIM Technologies was selected for their specialization in e-commerce development and their ability to identify and address the core issue in a timely manner. Working collaboratively, with the consultant as the main point of contact with the client and SIM Technologies leading the technical work, the issues were successfully resolved. The founder of SIM Technologies was directly involved in the project and kept the consultant updated throughout the process.
