Silva Brand was hired by Pretium Engineering to create a digital platform that would showcase the company's 20-year track record and reputation in building science, engineering, and asset management. The project included creating a new website that addressed the shortcomings of the previous one, encouraged traffic, improved user experience, and updated the aesthetics. The website also included a careers page, mobile and tablet-friendly versions, and accessibility in accordance with WCAG 2.0 Level A – AA guidelines. Silva Brand's team of 2-5 employees delivered a brand discovery process, which involved internal and external research and a brand discovery workshop. The final product was a responsive, custom-designed website that met all the goals and requirements outlined.

Purpose Workforce Solutions, a next-generation workforce firm, hired Silva Brand to create a bold, stylish brand identity. The project entailed the development of a logo, website, explainer video, and marketing materials. The team at Silva Brand, consisting of 2-5 employees, conducted internal and external research, held a brand discovery workshop, and created a one-of-a-kind, artisanal logo. They also developed a custom-designed, fully responsive website optimized for both job seekers and hiring managers, and a mobile-first design to ensure accessibility for younger job seekers.
